Seeing a physiotherapist inside your GP's practice keeps care simple. Referrals are easy, your GP can be kept up to date with your consent, and Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) referrals fit naturally into the process.

Bulk billing at our clinics
Eligible Medicare patients referred under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) can be bulk billed at our Jesmond, Yagoona and Parramatta clinics.

Your first appointment
We start by listening — your history, what's changed, and what you want to get back to. We then assess how you move, test strength and joint function, and explain what we find in plain language.
Treatment usually combines hands-on techniques where appropriate with exercise you can continue at home, so the progress you make in clinic carries into everyday life. You leave with a clear plan and know what to expect next.
Funding and payment
We see private patients (no referral needed) and patients funded through:
- Medicare — GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP); bulk billed for eligible patients at our Jesmond, Yagoona and Parramatta clinics
- DVA — Gold Card, or White Card for accepted conditions
- WorkCover (workers compensation) — with an approved claim
- CTP — eligible NSW motor vehicle accident claims
- NDIS — agency-, plan- and self-managed
- Support at Home
- Private health insurance — receipts provided for claims

Yes — we provide receipts so you can claim with your fund. How much you get back depends on your level of cover.
