Daniel Lee is the Director and Principal Physiotherapist at Fletcher Physiotherapy and an APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist — a credential awarded by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) to physiotherapists who have completed advanced training and demonstrated advanced expertise in pain management.

He holds a Master of Medicine (Pain Management) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle, and works extensively with chronic pain, complex conditions and older adults, combining hands-on treatment with practical, evidence-based strategies that help people move with confidence.

Daniel speaks English and Korean and aims to be friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with. He enjoys home visits because they let him see how people move and function in their everyday environment, and provide practical, personalised physiotherapy without the stress of travelling to a clinic. Outside of physiotherapy he enjoys tennis, soccer and time with his family.

Daniel's focus is functional rehabilitation and long-term outcomes — reducing fear around movement, rebuilding strength and mobility, and helping clients return to the everyday activities that matter to them, safely in their own homes.

Carolina is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with more than seven years of experience, and provides home visit physiotherapy across Newcastle and the Central Coast.

Since moving to Australia she has worked in mobile physiotherapy for older adults living at home, in residential aged care running falls prevention programs and strength and balance classes, in a private hospital supporting people after surgery and through discharge planning, and in community physiotherapy for NDIS participants on the Central Coast.

She is experienced in writing clear assessments, progress notes and NDIS reports, and in working closely with families, carers, support coordinators and other health professionals. Before coming to Australia, Carolina worked for several years in musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation in Chile.

Carolina builds practical, goal-focused programs around each person's home and routine — from getting in and out of bed and chairs safely to walking with confidence in the community — and makes sure families and carers know how to help between visits.
