0404 791 756A mobile physiotherapist provides the same assessment and treatment you would get in a clinic, but at your place. There's no driving, parking or waiting room, and we can work on the exact spaces you use every day — your stairs, bathroom, lift, corridor and the walk to the street.
Our Sydney mobile service covers Sydney Olympic Park and the Inner West — including Homebush, Strathfield, Concord, Rhodes, Lidcombe, Auburn, Newington, Wentworth Point, Silverwater and Burwood — as well as the Parramatta area and Bankstown–Yagoona.
Visits are led by Daniel Lee, an APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist with a Master of Medicine (Pain Management) from the University of Sydney.
Who a mobile physio suits
Home visits are a good fit when getting to a clinic is hard, or when your goals are about moving safely and confidently at home.
- Older adults wanting to stay strong and independent
- People recovering after hospital, a fall or surgery
- NDIS participants
- Support at Home clients
- People with persistent pain or limited mobility
- Residents of aged care and retirement living
What happens at a home visit
Your first visit is about 60 minutes. We talk through your history and goals, assess how you move around your home, and agree a plan together. Most plans combine hands-on treatment, exercise and practical advice you can use between visits.
We bring the equipment we need. If it helps, family members or carers are welcome to join so everyone knows how to support your program.
- Strength, balance and walking
- Falls prevention and home safety
- Rehabilitation after surgery or hospital
- Persistent pain management
- Walking aid and equipment advice
- Home exercise programs
Apartments, lifts and building access
Many of our Sydney visits are in apartments. Let us know about parking, building entry and lifts when you book, and we'll plan around it. Working in your own building means we can practise the routes you actually use — lifts, fire doors, ramps and the path to the shops or bus stop.
Funding
NDIS (agency-, plan- and self-managed), Support at Home, Medicare GPCCMP, DVA, WorkCover and private clients are welcome. Not sure what applies to you? Call us and we'll explain the options before your first visit.

Why home visits
What we can see in your home that a clinic can’t
In a clinic, a physio sees how you move on a treatment bed. At home we see how you get out of your own bed, onto your own toilet and up your own front step — the places where everyday life, and most falls, actually happen. After five years of home visits, these are the things we check most often.
The chair and bed you actually use
A favourite lounge chair or bed that sits too low is one of the most common reasons standing up becomes hard. We practise on your own furniture and suggest simple changes.
The shower and bathroom
A step into the shower, a slippery floor or nothing to hold onto. We look at how you really get in and out, and whether a rail, shower chair or OT review would help.
Rugs, cords and clutter
Loose mats, trailing cords and tight spaces are easy to miss until you walk the route with someone. We walk it with you.
The trip to the toilet at night
Getting up in the dark, half-awake, is a high-risk moment for many older people. We check lighting, the path and how you get up from bed.
Your walking aid
Frames and sticks are often set at the wrong height — or left in the corner. We check the fit and practise using it where you need it.
Lifts, corridors and the car park
In apartments the hard part is often the walk from your door to the lift, the car park or the street. We practise the real route so you can keep getting out.
Persistent pain? Home is where we work on it
Our director, Daniel Lee, is an APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist with a Master of Medicine (Pain Management). With long-term pain the goal isn’t only less pain — it’s doing more with less worry. At home we can work on the exact task you’ve been avoiding, like hanging out the washing or getting into the car, and build it up step by step.
